The leadership game was a fun and interactive way to familiarize yourself with what it means to be a leader! The activity encouraged everyone in the group to offer their own personal experiences, and it was really interesting to hear so many different perspectives on a singular topic. Some of my favorite topics that were discussed included the importance of listening to others, self-reflection, and preparing strategies to improve one's time management – topics that don't immediately come to mind when thinking about leadership. It was also a very uplifting experience, for yourself and others, as part of the game involved giving out "peer cards" to players with good answers. Ultimately, it's a great game to play for anyone looking to improve their leadership skills, meet other people, and have fun at the same time!
